As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Business Development team, overseeing market expansion efforts and setting aggressive targets for revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, utilizing a consultative approach to identify, qualify, design, and present client solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Diversify the sources of revenue to support target achievement plans, focusing on developing non-developer sales revenue streams in financial services, related categories, and media agencies.
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing Sales Team, establishing clear goals and objectives, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring the team's professional and productive growth.
  • Expand market penetration and sales coverage to reach the entire region, establishing a strong presence in every part of the country and fostering partnerships with overseas developers.
  • Forge and nurture long-term strategic client relationships, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with C-level clients and senior management.
  • Drive innovation in all areas of Business Development, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and events to launch new products, packages, and marketing initiatives.



We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a high-performing Sales Team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Has a proven track record of success in business development, with extensive experience in sales management and a deep understanding of online media sales or business development.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and structure sound business models, analyse performance data, and make data-driven decisions to support revenue growth.
  • Is adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
